The dominance continues. The stats are getting just a tad ridic. The much-anticipated pitching matchup turned out to be pretty one-sided with Super U clearly the class of the NL up to this point of the season. Also nice to see Tawdd and Barmey come up with big hits against Timmy.
Great to get a win in Game 1 of the series after a tough home series loss to the Dodgers. We have been lousy in one run games this season. Although the pitching matchups the next couple of games will not favor us, it was be good to steal one of the games and win the series. Not something that happens much in SF.

Not only are we horrible in 1 run games, we have only one comeback win when we are losing past the 6th inning. Not good stats.
Need to take it to the Dbacks before heading home. Next homestand with Stros and Jays in town looks promising with a little "Mo" on this roadie! Got to watch the game yesterday on MLB network.
Great game, and agree that Ubaldo is redic. Nice to see Barmes and Helton contribute offensively.
When Barmes knocked home the 2 runs in the 2nd inning, I was hoping it would be enough for the win, and indeed it was.
Hope that we can steal one from Zito tonight, and Francis continues his good pitching tomorrow. Be nice to win 4 or 5 on this roady.
