Pretty odd surprise mid-way through game 2 to see a random crowd shot that lingered on the odd visage of Buzz from the Melvins...cracked me up.
Looks like our NL West brethren, the Giants, have a stranglehold on this WS shit. Up 2-0 and flat dominated Texas in both games really.

Hate to say it, but the Giants flat dominated to the end. Deserving champions, I guess. You beat Halladay and Lee multiple times and you deserve it.
Texas never really put any good barrel on the ball in the WS. The Fat Uribe is indeed a WS draught good luck charm. I'd try to acquire him if I were the Cubs.
Definitely need to start plan the spring training trip. Hope the Rocks brass took some notice of the critical moves the Giants made in favor of continuing to play team fixtures (Zito and the Panda no where to be found in the playoffs for the most part), which ultimately pushed them over the top. Rocks in '11.....the crown stays in the NL West.
The Rangers were a joke. The Giants' pitching was straight dominant though...
