Tommy De La Juan

Great, the month of May just keeps getting better for the Rocks. DLR out for the year (and part of next year). Not only does that mean our best pitcher so far this year is gone, but we now have no lefties in the rotation. I don't see special things happening for this team the way things are going. Reynolds? Cookie? Maybe the original FrankDog at some point? Yep, bring those mediocre pitchers coming. They'll compliment the mediocre hitting. Case in point, our starting lineup for Game 2 of today's doubleheader had one player hitting above .250 (Cargo at .252). Sweet.

Unfortunately the hitting still sucked (minus a couple of solo shots... classic). I apparently chose the wrong game to miss.

Oh, and the DLR news majorly blows.
