Batting skills remain lacking

"The bats will come around."
I believe I've heard that line of BS more times than I'm apt to like.
Tonight, Spilly and Tulo go oh-fer.
Spilborgh's recent run of shittiness has allowed Barmes to suddenly have a better batting average. ouch.
Cook has a fairly decent outing, not befitting a number one starter, but what should we expect? The Rockies don't have a number one starter...haven't legitimately for years. No offense, ownership forced that "job title" on you.

Hitting will come around.....just never in the same inning.

Hitting is is the inability to hit with runners on base.

I missed the first few innings but saw a lot of LOB on the board.

Agreed Cookie is not a real #1. Apparently, that role belongs to a castaway from the Cubs. Cook and Ubaldo's
records are looking mighty brutal right now.

Oh yeah, it's funny how struggling pitchers always have amazing stuff when facing the Rocks pathetic bats.

Your comment about struggling pitchers finding the Rockies lineup to be a tonic to cure what ails them is fucking spot-on. Lame, really.
