You guys suck. Pitchers edition.

I've got a couple others on the cusp of joining this elite club of bed-shitters. Hell, the entire staff could be here before we're halfway through May. A Joke, is putting it lightly. I can barely watch this embarrassment. Leading the league in balks (individual honors to Franklin), wild pitches (individual honors to Ubaldo, twice as much as the nearest dork-ass bitch, Congrats!), and walks (an awesome team effort there, though Ubaldo has to be looking to elevate his tied for 5th position, you can do it!)
.... from a standpoint that has nothing to do with stats, but everything to do with general appearances; I sit and endure horrid baseball from the Rockies for the better part of this young season, and wonder..."is this the same fucking 'team'?" Nothing from the inspired end of last season appears to be with the team or even the coaches.

Only last year's relatively short midseason roadtrip swoon (Jays, Cubs, blah blah) can compare to the bad vibes of pretty much the entire '08 season so far if you're asking me.

When your team is playing this bad, every mistake is costly and magnified. And the Rockies sure do make plenty of mistakes.

This team isn't this bad. Blowing those games against the 'Stros, Phils, and Cubs really screwed with their heads it would seem. It's early, but fuck, 9 back of the DBacks now. 9 GAMES!

Not that it has worked thus far but I am a fan of Helton in the 2-hole.

It was an interesting lineup move...I'm not opposed.

Damn Rockies, fuckin' up my April.

These games are so painful to watch. You can foresee every strikeout and every double-play.

I feel fortunate that I will be at the Avs game tonight and at work Wed, so I'll be spared the pain of watching this team for a few days. Friday night is a new month and I storm Coors field again with DT to open a series with the Dodgers. Please get a win or two in the interim.

Don't love the pitching matchups though. Cookie needs to be nearly perfect tonight. He's been great lately, but I think getting another 1 or 2 run outing is asking too much. How about a little run support? Bats have done nothing lately.

And I definitely think the Helton to second hole is a good move. Can we move Tulo to the 12 hole?

Guys. No fear. The thong is on it's way. I ordered the color "eggplant" hopefully that equates to purple. I have a funny and humiliating story to tell that involves the Crypt store but I will not divulge in writing.

Help is on the way!

Just don't take that eggplant into the Family Section. We may need it for the Sunday afternoon game in the bleacher seats.
