Nice to read about an afternoon victory (finally) after arriving this afternoon. baby steps, i guess is what you call wins like this after the shit-stretch the Rockies had endured. Good lord, Cookie has half of all Rockies victories this year??? Nice to know 12% of your staff is performing up to snuff.

I'm sitting here with DT (he's really loaded), winding down from a sweet afternoon game and the consumate drninking. I'm pretty loaded, DT loaded. Cook was solid again. I don't know how much longer we can rely on this guy to carry the team. Great Sunday game. You should've been there Tooth. Steve gave us the tickets. This is Rockies baseball. Not this other nonsence we've seen for the first month of the season.
And every other team in the NL west loses. Nice little Sunday, actually....go Sharks!
Wow, Sunday afternoon baseball games are a lot more fun than Monday morning work. ST - You don't even want to know how the sharks lost....I was passy way before it happened.
The most baffling thing about yesterday's game: over 43K in attendence! Considering the lousy play, I guess it was the nice sunday afternoon weather that brough folks out (they even opened up that upper section of right field). Glad the squad stepped up and gave the hometown fans something to cheer about.....
So what I can't figure out is....
were you guys drinking beers at the game?

Oh, most definitely drinking beers at the game. And before....and afterward...Thurs might hold a double header in store. Hope that forecast holds.
