Let Me Dominate You

Can Super U just pitch every game? 8-1, 0.99 ERA, seriously?!? If he can keep this up, it's going to be interesting to see his season-ending numbers. Would have had another no hitter bid if it wasn't for Stewbag's error on a slow tapper to 3rd (called a hit?) and some leg cramps after Super U ran out an infield single. Some rare offensive fireworks from the middle of the lineup with Tulo jacking a 3 run HR in the top of the first. We could use more of that type of production from the middle of the lineup. Probably just doubled his RBI total.

Will be interesting to see how Franky does on start #2. Need to win this series (if not sweep) in KC to make the roadie respectable. If I recall, we kind of dominated interleague play last year.

Yes, need to put a whoopin on KC and salvage the roadie for sure. I recall the same, interleague play was fruitful last year. I think that was only Tulo's 2nd blast of the year, hope it helps him get the power back and drive in more runs.

Seems like Carlos is always on base, and yet the meat of the order rarely drives him in. Maybe need to hit Miggy in the 4 hole? Saw a stat yesterday that since the start of the 2009 season, he has more HRs than other catcher, including Mauer.

Saw the Kaz Matsui got released, I heard he was struggling at the plate but can't be worse than Barmes.

Yes, as 30 Pack Thief says, you can't make it to the WS without a Japanese player. I will to buy into that and give Kaz a chance. Was reading the Mets are trying to shop their 2Bman to the Rocks too. I guess it's obvious we are in need. Think I said that this off season....why are we not looking to upgrade after Barmey didn't register a hit in the entire playoffs.....

The Miggy move is interesting, but I'm still hopefully Tulo will find his power stroke and drive in more runs. I say wait a couple more weeks. The lineup has been such a whirlwind as it is...

Dunno about Tulo. Never liked him as a cleanup hitter, and his lack of HR's are lending credence to that thought. Miggy? maybe.

Matsui is an intriguing thought, but something must be wrong, he's batting like .150. Speaking of blasts from the past. Willy T just got cut by the Nats I think too.

Oh. And Ubaldo rules.
